Summer Maintenance

The last few weeks have seen us doing the usual summer jobs.

Watering was essential for the young trees in the Jubilee Walk in the North Leach Field, the new saplings and the trees planted recently on the North path. While doing this, we found that the cut-through acress the West Boundary path had suffered in the rains, and we had to put a couple of loads of roadstone down to stabilise it.

We are also doing our best to keep the hedgerows trim, both for your enjoyment and to thicken them out. Moving and trimming will contilnue over the next weeks.
