Gobions Workparty Sunday 19th October 2003

With winter fast approaching, the workparty were hoping to continue clearing paths to make walking in the woods an easy and pleasant experience even during the wetter (hopefully) and wilder weather.

Unfortunately, we received a report that the fencing on the east approach path had been cut, so we had to spend the day effecting repairs. Without this remedial work, we cannot protect the grassland and many wild species of vegetation are put in danger.

We will continue the path clearance next Sunday, but if you do notice any more damaged fences, please let us know.
